Comment:

 Brand spankin' new Trac setup, featuring:

 * Web account signup
 * E-mail notifications
 * Web administration interface
 * Active and passive anti-spam measures

 To make an account, go to http://dev.laptop.org, and click the 'Register'
 link in the top right-hand corner. You'll be asked to put in your name and
 e-mail address; it's this e-mail address that will be used for e-mail
 notifications.

 Currently, I have Trac set to inform owners on any changes to tickets
 (owners are assignees, not the people who reported the bug). Notifications
 to the reporter and to the updater are disabled. Let me know if I should
 enable either or both -- might make sense for the reporter, at least.

 I've disabled anonymous creation of tickets. Given that the account signup
 is very simple and doesn't require e-mail address verification, this
 shouldn't be an issue.

 Currently, all bug changes will get reported to devel. I think we're still
 small enough that it makes sense, but if it becomes too noisy, I can turn
 it off.

  Ivan
