[olpc-help] my xo

My daughter recieved an xo computer and I am trying to upgrade the software.  I followed the steps for the secure upgrade offline.  When I try it on her computer it begins to work and then its stops and at the bottom of the screen it says        1cd bad hash for e block # 1ce
and it does nothing else.  I have tried this numerous times and always get the same result.  Right now her computer won't do anything please help me
