[olpc-help] Sticky keyboard keys; Please RMA the laptops

I RMA'd mine on the 5th and haven't had any feedback.   I then noted with one of the folks @ support and he apologized profusely that they were way behind with Brightstar but that he was just that day working with the woman who will be helping to expedite.   The impression I got was that they were aware of the dis pleasurable service and were scrambling to catch up

I offered that I hoped the # of bad units as well as the poor service was not indicative of what they offer the rest of the world and that it wouldn't torpedo the whole project.....

I wonder what the response rate was for B1G1 purchases and also for bad units...   I could understand the bad response time if it was significant unplanned volume and also perhaps that we're just the unlucky few with bad units and there are hundreds more happy campers???
