I am. But I don't have the necessary data yet. I can't do anything
until I have more data. I can't get more data until the mfg has gone
over the problem units.
I got word today that the RMA units we have sent back for analysis are
still clearing Chinese customs.

I don't have answers to these type questions because its not my area.
I'm technical and concerned with getting the problem diagnosed and
fixed. Questions like that will have to be answered by other people.
I feel however that OLPC really can't answer this until we know the full
extent of the problem. 20 goto 10. I'll get an answer to this as soon
as I can.
