[olpc-help] Downloaded File Defies Erase in Journal

My problem mirrors the first poster's almost exactly. I downloaded the Helix Activity (called something like Watch and Listen). It didn't look right (had that binary (?) file icon instead of the winged eye. Tried to delete it in Journal, no  dice. Re-downloaded. Second downloaded file ok, but still cannot delete initial downloaded file. Been hunting for it in Terminal using my VERY basic Linux skills. Cannot find that confounded file. Ugh....sigh
