[olpc-help] USB and SD Card not showing up in Journal

Does it matter if they are FAT16, FAT32, or which?

I have a Sandisk 2GB SD card which does not appear in Journal.  I have a 
4GB USB drive which does.  I have a 512MB which did not show up, but it worked fine for upgrading to 653.  All devices are Sandisk.

All devices show up in /proc/partitions but not /media.
