Please try deleting the networks.cfg as outlined in our FAQ:

It seems that once a key is entered, even with a typo, XO will not allow 
another key.

Another workaround is to change the SSID, so XO thinks it's looking at a 
new network.

Finally, you should use channel 1,6, or 11 for best connection.
