[olpc-help] Keyboard issues - stuck keys, keys registering erroneously

I had contacted service at service at laptopgiving.org  for an RMA without a response .... After reading the first few posts, looks like I need to call, which I will do today. I am very pleased that the round trip process can be as brief as 2 weeks! My 9yr old will be happy to get his laptop back working again.
