[olpc-help] [olpc-community-support] screen does not come on

Richard,
My machine appears to be "doa"  also with a similar sequence of lights
when inserting battery or power cord.  I have contacted via phone and
they were to get back to me a week ago, I have not heard anything yet.
What can be done to get an RMA?
