[olpc-help] Activities no longer load, including Terminal; Flash failed

I think I spoke too soon. It's gone all goofy again. I was successful on the reinstall. It went just as you just described, but when I open the terminal to change the jabber server, it goes all nutty and the screen starts flipping around. I rebooted, but I get the same thing. Premature celebration on my part. What else can I do?
