[olpc-help] Using Opera to Stream MP3, RA files

I have looked through the forum for info on how to config Opera to 
stream mp3 or ra audio files
but only come across bits and pieces. I am a NEWBIE and need some 
specific step by step
instructions. I have downloaded Opera to the XO and it appears to run ok.
Does Helix, or fleundo need to be configed as a plugin to Opera or what.
