Yes.  You should plan to get a converter/adapter.

The power requirements of the XO are not large; a 20 watt converter
will suffice.
You might also consider using 12 volts straight from an automobile,
however you would need to re-wire the American XO power adapter or
find a suitable connector for the XO (and these are a bit rare.)
