At the very very bottom of the page is a link to the T-Mobile activation page:
-   http://laptopgiving.org/en/pin.php

On that page, you'll fine the "click here" link to
-   http://64.34.176.239/get_ref.html

On that page, you'll need to enter:
- The Reference Number for your order (the 70000xxxxx or 80000xxxxx) and
- The email address you used when you placed your order.
