[olpc-help] PIN for delivered laptop

Hello

My laptop arrived without any reference to a PIN.
I'd like to connect to T-Mobile, but can't.
Support gave me this address to go to  http://64.34.176.239/getref.html
but all I get is a "page cannot be found" message.
Help!
