[olpc-help] Keyboard issues - stuck keys, keys registering erroneously

thank you so much. I will try to run the test. Do you know what the recommended action that I should take if I find that the key is sticking? Will new keypads be issued? Will there be any local repair centers, or will instructions be issued for me to repair the keyboard. Any chance that this is software?
