[olpc-community-support] screen does not come on

Hi -

Wanted to add my results to the test as well, but they are consistent with what everyone else is seeing.

1) Battery only

no battery LED flash when booting
power LED lights after pressing power button; goes off when pressed again


2) Power only

brief battery LED flash when cord inserted
no battery LED flash when power button pressed
power LED lights after pressing power button; goes off when pressed again


3) Battery + power

battery LED lit (yellow or green)
(no additional battery LED flash when power button pressed) 
power LED lights after pressing power button; goes off when pressed again


Richard (or others): Is there anything we should be doing now? I've sent off an email to the service email address, but haven't heard back. Will you be letting us know the right method/procedure for an RMA if that turns out to be the course of action?
