[olpc-community-support] How do I ask questions about my laptop?

Hi Michael,
The web based irc didn't work for me. I'm using firefox 2.0. I clicked
on your link and a window popped up with a bunch of NOTICE AUTHs and
info about Freenode... but typing in the text box doesn't show up in
the window above; and I don't see it on my colloquy client.  My
browser window continues to show loading animation.

Any ideas?
