We're going to need some sort of FAQs on the support site.

One issue which I'm aware of, to get things going:

Q: I'm connected to the Internet / an Access Point, but I don't see
anyone else in Neighbourhood View

A: The G1G1 XOs shipped with a configuration pointing to an as yet
non-existant Jabber server, "ship2.jabber.laptop.org". This is due to
scalability issues with the current jabber.laptop.org server, which
are being worked on. When the server issues have been addressed, we
will turn on the appropriate server and provide instructions, if
necessary, for accessing it. There may be a software update required
on the XOs as part of this solution.

If you wish to run your own Jabber server in the mean time for a
certain community of users, see
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Run_your_own_jabber_server to set it up, and
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Sugar_Control_Panel for how to configure
your XO to use it.

[Note: we should definitely NOT instruct G1G1 people to use
jabber.laptop.org until we have addressed server scalability!]
