 James, I disagree with you. This observations weren't already happening
 with the packages, and with Fedora 18 is not happening at this extreme. We
 have an extremely difference between the packages and without them; this
 difference was spoken in previous coments.
 For us, for the usre's point of view, this is a regression and is
 happening in our main web page and is a drawback for us.
 We know that this page has things that need to be correct, but out of
 this, removing Vivante X server OpenGL packages we get a regression.
