Comment:

 * not a regression in Browse, because 13.2.1 does the same,
  * in 13.2.1 the default activity for ''video/ogg'' is Jukebox,
  * Jukebox is missing from our 14.1.0 builds,
  * installing Jukebox-32 from activities.sugarlabs.org fixes the problem,
  * added Jukebox-32 to activity list for next build.
