 Digital multimeter measurements of gates of charging switches:
  * BGATE, pin 4 of PQ61, (6.16 V)
  * LGATE, pin 4 of PQ67, (0.21 V)
  * UGATE, pin 4 of PQ66. (7.58 V)
 Means the charger chip is driving the charger circuit, and excludes
 everything to the functional left of PU16.
