Comment(by Quozl):

 * the power adapters are the correct models,
  * the output voltage of the power adapters is fine, (12.24V, 14.17V),
  * orange battery LED is on when the power adapter is connected,
  * the MPPT input voltage measurement is good, (Vin: 21165 to 21188).

 Looks like a hardware fault.
