 No, I don't think it has been rejected.  Perhaps I missed that.  Where has
 it been rejected?  Both solutions use ALSA, which Sugar already uses.
 There was a mention of PulseAudio, but that is just another layer on top
 of ALSA, and the OLPC builds did not use PulseAudio.  So switching to
 PulseAudio would be a far larger task with no apparent benefit.
