 May relate to #11585.  Provided kernel for testing which disables the
 regulatory domain command, in order to discover if the problem relates to
 this command.  Open Firmware does not use the command, but Linux does.
 Wireshark shows ad-hoc beacon frames have an invalid country IE, length 4
 instead of 6.
