 Attached is a patch that allows audio to be enabled in the hdmi
 stream.  It does produce a single frame of sound over hdmi then
 silence so not perfect but it should pass your hdmi certification.

 I tested this with a simple patch (attached).

 ideally this should be configured in the mmp_sspa.c when the hw_params
 are setup for the sspa transmit.  I will leave that up to Daniel to
 tweak.  I would probably add an hdmi jack alsa widget also that can be
 enabled/disabled much like the headphone jack.  The state of the hdmi
 plug is tracked in the dss driver.
