 Using gst-launch (0.10 or 1.0) and playbin the following video cannot
 play:

 http://verma.sfsu.edu/projects/olpc/sample-for-xo.ogv

 It just hangs before the first frame is drawn.

 Possibly related tp #12004, but in this case there is no error message.
