 We have #12601 and #12597 open for this. Both are occasions where the
 activity does not close normally.

 One part of the fix, is fixing those activities. I am not sure yet if we
 should/can do something else on the Sugar side. From a debugging point of
 view, it is somehow good to see that indication of a non-cleanly closing
 activity. Not sure this is helpful to the user, though.
