#12611: Activity icon under XO on homepage shows last activity

 Testing 13.1.0 build 35 (and build 34), we occasionally see the icon of an
 activity which has been stopped shown under the XO icon in the home page.
 Normally when all activities have been stopped, the Journal icon is shown
 there.

 The Physics activity seems to do this every time.   I've also seen this
 happen with TamTam Mini.
