#12607: Sugar frame says Disconnected when connected to network

 On an XO-4 SKU300 (C2) running 13.1.0 build 35, I connected to a WPA AP
(on chan 6) using the Network screen of Sugar. I then returned to the
Sugar home page and pulled up the frame. While it shows the two "side
flanges" (O) indicating that it is connected, the center isn't filled with
a color. Hovering over it shows a pop-up that says "No wireless
connection\n Connected", followed by a disconnect button, "Channel 6", and
 the current IP address.

Making the frame disappear and reappear doesn't change this. Changing to
another page (such as Network), then making the frame appear doesn't fix
 it either.

This isn't a consistent problem, as other laptops running build 35 don't
 show the problem.
