 SHC2380000D SKU 291 hung resuming from suspend in runin with 13.2.0 os9,
 apparently in a kernel panic (serial output was not initially logged).

 The Mic & Camera LEDs were on, and the Wifi LED was flashing.  The
 background was blue in runin as if the system was still supposed to be in
 suspend.

 The system responded to SysRq and some information was taken, as well as
 the end of the kern.log file (with a MMC issue) just prior to the apparent
 panic.
