Comment:

 The BT module is currently blacklisted (always, not just during runin)
 because it lacks proper suspend/resume support. It also presents a
 challenge regarding wake-on-LAN, since two drivers (wifi/BT sharing the
 same chip) will have to come to an agreement whether the card should be
 left powered during suspend/resume, so we moved to averting that challenge
 (by disabling bluetooth) for the time being. And we think it might have
 been introducing some suspend/resume instability.

 I'm not sure on the requirements of the test - I think wad or Martin can
 define that, or point us to the right person to ask.
