 As I understand it, the current "test" involves doing a BT scan during
 runin.  Is there a problem with that?

 (Speculations: Perhaps we are currently blacklisting the BT module during
 runin because of problems with it?  Perhaps the factory requires a more
 positive test involving communication with a known external BT device?)

 The reason I ask is because I want to design the test so it meets the
 requirements.  We need to flesh-out the requirements definition.
