#12462: [CL4] Audacity can't play ogg file and show error message while movie
player has been playing.

Procedure:
1. Goto gnome.
2. Open an ogg file with movie player and play.
2. Open another ogg file with Audacity and play, it can't play and show
error message as attached.
PS: Playing ogg file with Audacity first, then can play another ogg file
with movie player.
