Comment:

 I ran the tests that you posted here and I could reproduce them but
 partially. The 'test.ogv' video runs without any problem with {{{gst-
 launch-0.10}}} but with {{{gst-launch-1.0}}} it starts reproducing the
 introduction and then (just before the man starts talking) the image gets
 frozen, the audio keeps making some weird noise and the CPU usage grows up
 to 100%...

 I tested the 'test.ogv' video with Jukebox 26.1 (that uses gstreamer-0.10)
 and the video works but when I move the mouse while the video is playing I
 have the same behaviour than with {{{gst-launch-1.0}}}.

 I'm going to ask to the gstreamer guys...
