 OGV files outputted from ffmpeg2theora (v29) cannot playback with Gsteamer
 1.0 on build 22 (13.1.0) on XO 1.75.

 1. Convert low-quality TEDtalk .mp4 video file with ffmpeg2theora
 2. Tested playback on XO-1.75 with Jukebox(v29), Browse(v149) sugar-
 activities and Totem in Gnome.
 3. Tested playback with ´gst-launch -v playbin
 uri=file:///home/olpc/Documents/test.ogv´ and with gst-launch-1.0

 Other files produced by different output tools such as this screencast

 gst-launch-1.0.

 Results:
 Playback is successful with gsteamer 0.10, however failure with gstreamer
 1.0.

 Logs attached, with some Sugar activity logs also.
