 I suspect that in 13.1.0 build 31 the system fails to suspend properly if
 mwifiex is scanning while the system tries to go into suspend, even if the
 firmware is reverted to Q7B15.

 When the wifi status light blinks as if it is scanning while the system
 goes into suspend, the main power light of a XO-4 with mwifiex never turns
 off, and the system appears to be entirely hung.  And for some reason the
 XO seems to want to scan an awful lot (at least once per minute in Sugar).

 This appears to be independent of the problem found in #12560 where we are
 not obviously scanning while trying to suspend, yet somehow lose
 communication with the card.
