Comment(by dsd):

 On 13.1.0 build 30, the situation is a bit better. There is no long delay
 on resume, and none of the resume-time error messages shown above appear.

 The remaining items are the long suspend delay while the command queue is
 flushed (before host sleep is executed), and the questionable behaviour of
 immediate system wakeup when it hits suspend.
