 Symptom is that the scripts stop at the LEDs test.

 Symptom does not occur if a USB drive is plugged in instead of a USB
 barcode scanner, at the immediately prior USB test step.

 Symptom does not occur with Q7B16.

 Chia-Hsiu has been asked to try a build without svn 3565.
