 I noticed looking at our dhcp logs that even though we had a default lease
 time of 3600 several clients would renew every few minutes.  I was able to
 see individual mac addresses receiving multiple IPs in a 24 hour window.
 There is an on option for setting the minimum least time.  I set that to
 3600 on Tuesday and so far I've not seen any of the previous behavior.

 What was the mac address of the laptop you used as a test?  I'll look at
 the logs.

 Also please try your test again today with my DHCP tweaks.
