 One way to reclaim some space in the SPI FLASH would be to move the
 startup sound "file" from the ROM into, e.g. int:\boot\splash.wav .  That
 would be very easy to do in the non-secure case, but for secure laptops,
 it might be dangerous.  Therefore, the file should probably be signed.

 Another thing that could be moved out would be the EMACS binary.  That
 would not need to be signed, as it cannot be invoked by the secure path.
