Doesn't matter if I stop OFW with esc and type "boot" or just let it try
and automatically boot... if the 8787 dev kit is plugged into the external
SD slot, the boot never happens (and no more output is seen on the serial
line). This happens with recent OFW on both XO-1.5 and XO-1.75.
Workaround suggested by Cerlyn and pgf on irc works fine on both XO-1.5
and XO-1.75:
add-tag BD int:\boot\olpc.fth
Deployments aren't likely to be plugging dev kits into SD slots, but this
bug suggests OFW could use some more robustness in how it takes its first
look at devices plugged into the external SD slot, because users in the
field might put other strange or malfunctioning devices in, and having OFW
mysteriously hang and fail to boot is not good.
