When I first installed the 12.1.0 release, when setting up wireless
connections /etc/resolv.conf was set up with the provided nameserver
entry. After doing a yum update this no longer happens. I tried
downgrading NetwrokManager*, dhclient* and dhcp* and the problem still
 happens.

In /var/log/messages there is a message that is probably related:
could not commit DNS changes: (0) Could not replace /etc/resolv.conf:
 Device or resource busy

This is with an XO 1.75.
