 Observed on all versions of XO 1.75 firmware (also on XO 1.0).

 This appears for a small fraction of a second after the start-up jingle
 and before the central animation.

 It appears in the lower third of the screen, usually as a partial XO ghost
 (about a vertical 2/3 image).
