Comment:

 This is included in 13.1.0 build 1, and was also unintentionally included
 in 12.1.0, time for testing. Probably the most sensible test approach is
 to "upgrade" from 13.1.0 build 1 to 12.1.0 build 21 - since it will touch
 a great amount of files, and both old and new kernels have this fix.
