ARM: mmp: l2 use l2x0 driver on XO4

the tauros3 l2 cache is compatible with pl310 l2 cache standard,
which is supported in the l2x0 driver. switch to use this open-
     source driver on mmp3.

This arm-3.5 commit breaks boot on XO-1.75. There are no messages over
 serial.

Changing the .config options back (l2xo=n, tauros2=y) makes it boot again.
