#12239: BSL - no ACK reprogramming touchscreen firmware

Unit: SHC238000B9 (sku 294 but built/received with US keyboard)

I tried updating the touchscreen firmware to 0.0.0.5 on Q7B03 and then
 Q7B02 with '" u:\zf0005.hex" $flash-bsl'.

This fails with "BSL - no ACK!" with a varying length of "Programming"
progress dots displayed. In rare cases I just get "BSL unresponsive" and
 nothing happens.

Changing the USB stick used and a hard power cycle did not solve the
 issue.
