 In 13.1.0 os7 on XO-4, the on-screen keyboard position cursor appears
 painted briefly in the top-left corner before moving to the text field
 currently in use.  This happens when a field is selected by touch using a
 finger.

 We should not paint/show the pointer on-screen before it is in the proper
 location.
