 Thanks. Trying to relate that to your rules:

 ATTRS{idVendor}==”146A”, ATTRS{idProduct}==”1000”, RUN+=”sbin/modprobe
 usbserial vendor=0x146A product=0x1000”
 }}}

 That doesn't seem to match any of the above devices (couldn't see any
 device with vendor 146a *and* product 1000).

 Also, the fischertechnik Robo TX isn't matched by the above rules (since
 it has vendor code 221d).
