 If it doesn't do already, the mwifiex driver needs to be modified to
 integrate with MMC runtime power management. Then, when the interface is
 brought down by Linux, power to the card would be removed.

 MMC_CAP_POWER_OFF_CARD will also need to be set on the host, if we don't
 manage to solve the 8686-related problems that result in this flag being
 unset by default. See #12179 and the ticket trail.

 Once the appropriate driver and host changes are made, this then needs
 some careful and repeated testing.
