 -ENOTIMPLEMENTED

 In the 1.5 to 1.75 port I guess we never bothered to implement those
 commands.  EC turns on the rails at power up and leaves them up until
 power down.

 Give me an hour or so and I'll re-add the command.  It will be EC cmd 0x6f
 with and arg of 1 or 0 to power up/down.
